When requesting help, include the Jira site alias, RuleWatch monitor name, relevant times with timezone, Jira Automation audit entry, and any RuleWatch incident or Jira issue key. Avoid unnecessary issue content or personal account IDs.
Keep the Bearer secret private
Never send a heartbeat Bearer credential in a support request, screenshot, issue, or pilot note. If it may have been exposed, ask your Jira administrator to rotate it in RuleWatch and update the hidden Jira Automation header.
